Explore the county of Hohenlohe – a lovely holiday destination for insiders - located in the north-east of Baden-Wurttemberg in southern Germany. . The so called “Gems of Hohenlohe“ Bretzfeld, Öhringen, Pfedelbach and Zweiflingen are known as western gates to the region of Hohenohe. Impressive forests and beautiful agriculture are characteristic of the shell limestone surface of Hohenlohe with its gentle hills. Lovely fields, blooming meadow orchards and colourful vineyards – perfect for a nice long walk. Delicious, regional food, drinks and products can be purchased in various places.
There are lots of possibilities for sporty and fun activities in Hohenlohe, but you can also relax and have a rest in our wonderful region. If you enjoy cycling or exploring our breathtaking countryside by yourself, you will love the well-known cycle track “Kocher-Jagst-Radweg” or one of the various cycling tours in our county.
A variety of hiking trails will lead you through romantic valleys, gentle plateaus and stunning landscapes. Relax and enjoy while discovering beautiful plants, impressive castles and historical buildings or the UNESCO world heritage Limes.

Thanks to the two nearby motorways A6 and A81, Hohenlohe is connected to the supra-regional transport network very well.
